ATEM — Video switcher that receives camera signals and selects what viewers see.

AUTO — Performs the configured transition from Preview to Program.

BoxCast — The system used to distribute the finished service to online viewers.

Bus — A path that collects and routes audio signals to a destination. M32 buses 7 and 8 carry the broadcast mix.

Companion — Software that connects multiple systems and makes their commands available through buttons.

CUT — Changes immediately from Preview to Program.

DMX — A control system used for stage and sanctuary lighting.

Lower third — Text or graphics in the lower portion of the picture.

M32-Edit — Software interface for the M32. In the video booth it is used to control the broadcast mix on buses 7 and 8.

Multiview — A display containing several cameras and video sources at once.

OBS — Software used for scenes, effects, graphics, lower thirds, and broadcast processing.

ONYX — The normal software used to control sanctuary lighting.

Preview — The source prepared to appear next, normally outlined in green.

Program — The source viewers currently see, normally outlined in red.

PTZ — Pan, tilt, and zoom; a remotely controlled movable camera.

Stream Deck — A programmable button controller used to activate Companion commands.

WebSocket — A network connection allowing Companion to communicate with OBS.
