2. Before Sunday

Some work may be completed before Sunday morning:

• Prepare service titles, lower thirds, announcements, and graphics.
• Confirm that the correct OBS profile and scene collection are available.
• Confirm that Companion and Stream Deck buttons are prepared.
• Confirm that the ATEM configuration has not changed unexpectedly.
• Test cameras and their standard presets.
• Confirm that the M32 broadcast feed is available.
• Check that booth microphones are charged and operational.
• Put required files in the correct Sunday-service folders.

Identify which preparation tasks normally belong to Cory, Scott, James, or another team member.
